Terms of sale

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. If a price is clearly wrong, we let you know and you can confirm or cancel before anything is charged.

When you order we authorize the amount on your card, and charge it when your order is confirmed with our supplier, usually within one business day. If we can’t fulfill the order, the authorization is released and nothing is charged.

We ship within the dates shown at checkout. If we can’t, we tell you before the latest date and offer to cancel for a full refund, as the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires. See Shipping for details.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, and everything has a 1-year warranty. See Returns and Warranty.

“Works with” is our compatibility guidance based on product specifications. Product names are trademarks of their owners, and their use doesn’t mean the owners endorse our products.

Our liability for any product is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn’t allow limits. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
