Email [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to send back. We reply within one business day with where to send it.

Items in the condition you received them, with their parts and accessories. Original packaging helps but isn’t required.

Something arrived broken or not as described? Tell us within the same window and we fix it at no cost to you: a replacement or a full refund, and you don’t pay for return shipping.

We refund your original payment method as soon as the return reaches us, or right away when we ask you to keep a damaged item. Banks usually show refunds within 5 to 10 business days.

Email us with your order number. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we cancel it and nothing is charged, or we refund in full if the charge already went through.
