The questions we’re asked most, answered plainly.
How long does delivery take?
Each product page and the checkout show the delivery window for your items before you pay. Most orders arrive within about one to two weeks.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every US order, whatever the size.
When is my card charged?
When you order, we authorize the amount on your card. We charge it once your order is confirmed with our supplier, usually within one business day. If the order is cancelled before that, nothing is charged.
Where do products ship from?
From our suppliers’ warehouses, most of them overseas. That’s why we show the delivery dates before you pay.
What if my order is late?
We email you before the latest promised date with a new date and a one-click way to cancel for a full refund.
Can I return something I just don’t like?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason.
Which payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
