What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you bought.
- Payment: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us.
- Small first-party cookies that make the store work: your cart, your sign-in if you have an account, and a note that lets the order confirmation page show your order only in the browser that placed it.
- Store analytics, through Google Analytics: which pages and products are viewed, what goes into the cart, how far checkout gets, where visits come from (a search engine, a link, an ad), and your device, browser and approximate region. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga) to recognize a returning browser. When you place an order, our server reports the order number, items and amounts to Google Analytics with that browser identifier. We never send your name, email, address, phone number or payment details to it.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your order; to send order emails such as your receipt, tracking and delay notices; to prevent fraud; and to meet legal and tax obligations. We don’t send marketing email unless you sign up for it.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out: when your browser sends it, we don’t load Google Analytics and don’t report your order to it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you can ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We verify requests by matching them to an order, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Google Analytics keeps visit-level data for 14 months. Other information is deleted when it’s no longer needed.
