Everything we sell has a 1-year warranty against defects, on top of your 30-day right to return it.

What’s covered
A product that stops working, or never worked as described, under normal use. That includes batteries that fail well before their stated life.
What isn’t
- Accidental damage, drops and water damage
- Normal wear, such as scuffs and fraying from heavy use
- Products modified or repaired by someone else
Make a claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. If it’s covered, we send a replacement, or refund you if we can’t. You don’t need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.
